Guardian 01503 Rope Grab with Attached  3' Shock Absorbing Lanyard 

The Guardian Fall Protection Rope Grab is easy to install and is designed to lock automatically in the event of a fall. Rope Grabs are available in a variety of configurations (see table below), are compatible with ropes from 5/8 to 1/2 inches thick, and are supremely durable.
