OptimAir Mask-Mounted PAPR Kits consist of motor/blower, NiMH battery, dual-rate charger, one Type HE OptiFilter XL Cartridge, PVC decon belt, and choice of facepiece. Housing of polycarbonate/polyester construction and stainless-steel connectors result in extreme durability. NIOSH-approved as mask-mounted PAPR. OptimAir Mask-Mounted PAPR offers a full two-year warranty.

Limitations:

• OptimAir Mask-Mounted PAPR with Type HE OptiFilter XL Cartridge is approved as a high-efciency particulate PAPR.
• OptimAir Mask-Mounted PAPR does not remove vapors or gases from air.
• No filter is designed for all concentrations of all substances.
• It is essential to determine contaminants present and to determine airborne concentrations and explosive limits before respirator selection.
• OptimAir Mask-Mounted PAPR does not supply oxygen and should not be used unless surrounding air contains minimum 19.5% oxygen.
• Respirator may be used in temperatures between 0°F and 120°F (-17°C to 49°C); however, if used in temperatures below 40°F (4.4°C), fully charged battery may not operate for full 8 hours.
• Replaceable filter cartridge for trapping particulate contaminants is minimum 99.97% efficient against 0.3 micron DOP.
