It has a sub-pelvic support strap and 5 points of adjustment including on the legs, chest and torso. It also has tongue buckle leg straps, pass-thru buckle chest and torso adjusters for better comfortability. Meets or exceeds all OSHA and ANSI requirements. (Universal Sizing)
